Shipping policy

Production time

Hand-embroidered ornaments are made to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production after payment and all personalization details are received. For custom pet ears, this includes your pet’s photo.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any handling fee is included in the displayed shipping charge.

Shipping transit time is additional to production time. Choosing a faster shipping service does not shorten production time. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Custom pet photos

For custom pet ears, email a clear photo showing both ears to shopsnaggletooth@gmail.com. Include your order number in the subject line.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address before ordering. If you need to correct it, contact me as soon as possible before shipment.

If your package arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, email shopsnaggletooth@gmail.com with your order number so I can help.
