When will my ornament ship?
Each ornament is made to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production after payment and all personalization details are received. Shipping time is additional.
How do I send my photo for custom pet ears?
After ordering, email a clear, front-facing photo showing both ears to shopsnaggletooth@gmail.com. Include your order number in the subject line.
Can I choose my thread colors?
Available color choices vary by design. Check the listing and thread color chart, then enter your selections in the personalization fields. For the Angel Paw design, the paw and name use the same color.
Can I display my ornament year-round?
Yes! Both the hanging ribbon and twist-tie bow are removable, so your ornament can become a little piece of art to display all year.
Can I return or exchange my ornament?
Because each ornament is personalized and made just for you, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your personalization details before ordering. If your item arrives damaged or I’ve made a mistake, contact me with your order number and photos so I can make it right.
