Personalized ornaments

Each ornament is made to order and personalized just for you. Returns and exchanges aren’t accepted for change of mind or personalization details entered incorrectly at checkout. Please check names, initials, design selections, and thread colors before placing your order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your ornament arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or I make a personalization mistake, email shopsnaggletooth@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos so I can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Changes and cancellations

Contact me as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Once work on your personalized ornament has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
